TIA’s experience in performing pilot filtration tests on a wide variety of products allows it to have an effective methodology to validate a feasibility or industrial pre-dimensioning test in a short time.
From the data collected, our teams are able to size and build a custom made facility. The great diversity of industrial and pilot facilities built by TIA since 1989, allows it to have a large choice of process solutions in order to answer as precisely as possible to the customers requirements. Based on a sizing software, developed on the basis of the many tests carried out during the 29 years of existence of the company, we can optimize the relevant sizing of the industrial facilities that we manufacture.
During the study phases prior to installation, our teams exchange with our customers’ teams to validate the process documents (P&ID), the list of components proposed and the optimal implementation of the units to be built. TIA also offers the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), at the end of the manufacture and before sending the equipment to the customer site.
The assembly of the facility on site can be supervised by our teams. A TIA engineer will commission the installation accompanied if necessary by an technician. We are able to adapt with agility and responsiveness to the terms and conditions of our clients’ projects.
